I watched someone toss a shitload of styrofoam cups out of their CAR�on the highway the other day, and it made me want to SCREAM. If we lived someplace that gave a shit about stuff like that, like California, and the cops actually gave out tickets like theyapos;re supposed to for littering, weapos;d have a cleaner city.
